Refund & cancellation policy

1. Free discovery calls
BDM Data Systems is the public-facing name used for services operated by BĂLTOIU DAN-MIHAI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, B-dul Bucureștii Noi, 136, et. Parter, ap. 5, SECTOR 1, BUCURESTI.
Free calls booked through the website can be cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled time. If you cannot attend, please use the calendar link or email mihai@bdmdatasystems.com.
2. Paid projects
Paid engagements are scoped separately. Refunds depend on the agreed scope, completed work, reserved time, third-party costs, and any written agreement connected to the project.
3. Deposits and retainers
Deposits, setup fees, and retainers may be non-refundable once work has started or time has been reserved, unless the proposal or service agreement states otherwise.
4. Client cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has started, you are responsible for paying for completed work, committed time, and approved third-party costs up to the cancellation date.
5. Delivery issues
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the issue and supporting details. We will review the work and, where appropriate, correct the issue, propose an alternative resolution, or discuss a partial refund.
6. How to request a refund
Send refund or cancellation requests to mihai@bdmdatasystems.com with your name, project details, invoice reference, and the reason for the request.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank involved.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
